Who is Muhammed Çalıkoğlu?

I am Muhammed Çalıkoğlu.
I was born in Fethiye, Muğla, in 1996, and my childhood was spent right in the heart of nature.

Village life was not just a lifestyle for me; it became the strongest foundation that shaped my character. From a young age, I grew up in the forests, spending my days listening to the sound of flowing streams. As a child, I would care for our own animals, our cows; while grazing them by the river and stream banks, I would fish with a cane fishing rod I made myself. There were times in elementary school when I skipped class to go fishing :) My encounter with nature began at an early age, in a very pure and real way.

Fishing, walking in the forest, mushroom picking…

These were not just hobbies for me; they were a way of life ingrained since childhood.

I completed my university education at Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. Sports have always been central to my life. Alongside disciplines such as table tennis, volleyball, and football, I actively engaged in many different areas like court tennis, snowboarding, traditional archery, scuba diving, and spearfishing.

For me, sports were not just a physical activity; they meant discipline, focus, and freedom.

Music also holds a special place in my life. In primary school, I took bağlama lessons. My long-necked bağlama is still with me... It has been a way for me to relax and gather my thoughts whenever I find the time to play it.

The spirit of action and adventure has been within me since childhood. My interest in weapons and tactical discipline also stems from this. I continue to improve myself by doing tactical shooting training at certain times.

In 2023, while pursuing my own profession, I turned a growing dream into reality:
I founded Moon Camp.

Moon Camp is a combination of my connection to nature, the scent of the forest from my childhood, campfires, freedom, and creation. This brand is not just about products; it carries a lifestyle, a spirit, and the feeling of returning to nature.

My story began in a village…
And today, inspired by nature, it continues to grow.
