MOON CAMP – DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the parties whose details are provided below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website, the right of withdrawal, return, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE

The type, quantity, color, selling price, and payment information of the products are specified on the order screen.

The total amount for the order consists of the product price + taxes + shipping costs, if any.

5. DELIVERY TERMS

5.1. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER during the order process.
5.2. Delivery will be made within a maximum legal period of 30 days .
5.3. The BUYER is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. Damaged packages should not be accepted.

6. PAYMENT

The BUYER pays for the order using a credit card/debit card or one of the payment methods offered on the website.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

7.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

  • Unused

  • In resalable condition

  • The original packaging must be undamaged.

8. RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

8.1. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the product should be sent to the following address:

8.3. Return shipping costs are applied as follows, within the framework of legal regulations:

  • In cases of returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost may be covered by the SELLER if the item is shipped via the contracted courier service.

  • If the BUYER chooses a different shipping company, the shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.

8.4. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest after the return is approved.

9. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Personalized products (with names printed on them, etc.) are made specifically for the BUYER.

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • After digital products (gift cards, digital content) are delivered

10. INTERNATIONAL SALES AND RETURNS

10.1. MOON CAMP sells internationally.

10.2. For international orders, the BUYER is responsible for customs duties and additional charges in their country.

10.3. International returns are accepted, however:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.

  • The return process will be initiated once the product arrives in Türkiye.

11. PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.

12. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In case of disputes, the BUYER may apply to the consumer arbitration board or the consumer court.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order and making a payment through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
