CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

These Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions have been prepared to regulate the rights of consumers and the cancellation and refund processes in purchases made through MOON CAMP (“Seller”).

The seller operates in accordance with all applicable legislation, primarily the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts .


1. General Provisions

1.1. By placing orders through the MOON CAMP website, customers are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract.

1.2. Purchased products will be delivered to the customer within a reasonable time from the order date, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 (THIRTY) days .

1.3. Products must be delivered complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

1.4. If the product is out of stock or unavailable after the order is completed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days .


2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

- The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for contracts relating to the provision of services; and on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods for contracts relating to the delivery of goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.

(3) In determining the withdrawal period;

a) In the case of goods that are the subject of a single order but delivered separately, on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item,

b) In the case of goods consisting of multiple parts, on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,

c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly over a specified period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first item of goods.

(4) Delivery of the goods by the seller to the carrier is not considered as delivery to the consumer.

3. Return Shipping Fee

3.1. In the case of returns made under the right of withdrawal, if the consumer sends the item using the contracted shipping company specified by the Seller , the return shipping cost will be borne by the Seller.

3.2. If the consumer uses a different shipping company than the contracted shipping company, the return shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.

4. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products that are custom-made or specially prepared according to the consumer's request.

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.),

  • Digital content, e-books, software products,

  • Services that begin to be performed with the consumer's consent.


5. Return and Refund Process

5.1. After the returned product reaches the Seller, the necessary checks will be carried out. Once the return is approved, it will take 1-2 days for Moon Camp online shop to refund your payment service provider (e.g., credit card company). The time it takes for the refund to be reflected to you may vary depending on your payment service provider.

5.2. The product price will be refunded to the consumer via the payment method used, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the cancellation notice reaches the Seller.

5.3. For refunds made via credit card, it may take several days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on the processes of the bank or payment provider. 5.4. If the consumer causes the product to lose value as a result of use, the Seller has the right to deduct a percentage of the loss in value.

5.5. In promotional and discounted sales, if the promotional terms and conditions cease to apply after a return, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund.


6. Order Cancellation

6.1. Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.

6.2. Cancellation requests made after the product has been shipped will be evaluated under the right of withdrawal.


7. Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, wars, strikes, and internet outages. In such cases, the customer will be informed and offered one of the following options:

  • Order cancellation and refund,

  • Waiting for delivery while accepting the delay,

  • Replacement with an alternative product (if possible).


8. Competent Authority

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

10. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange or return our products, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. You can follow the steps below. Thank you in advance for your cooperation:

  • Because we prioritize an environmentally friendly approach, we will send your order invoice as an e-invoice via email. You do not need to send the invoice with the product for exchanges or returns.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused and its protective elements such as the label, original box, packaging, and tape must be intact, provided it was prepared according to the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and is not suitable for return . For items such as underwear and socks, exchanges or returns are not possible due to hygiene reasons. It is not being done.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged, either in their packaging or themselves, will not be accepted.
  • You can exchange or return products within 14 days via the "User Menu" or contact form on our website.
  • When handing your package over to the shipping company, don't forget to ask for the Return Tracking Code or take a photo of it.
  • For exchanges/returns of bushcraft knives, you must request a shipping code from us.

    Damages and problems
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.


    Exceptions/non-returnable products
    Certain product types, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), specialty products (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and gift cards.

    Changes
    The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
